Before anything gets sourced, we talk through how you live day to day, what's non-negotiable, what budget actually looks like, and what's been bugging you about the space for years. This is where the real design work starts.

We bring back a concept that's specific to you, not a trend board. Expect real materials you can touch, a point of view you can react to, and room to tell us "not quite" until it's right.

Once the plan is set, we handle it: ordering, tracking, chasing down the thing that's on backorder, dealing with the item that arrives broken. This is the unglamorous part, and it's ours to carry, not yours.
