TACOMA COLONIAL
This North Tacoma Colonial had good bones but zero personality when our clients bought it, stuck in another decade, nothing like the family who'd actually live there. They're not minimalists. Drawn to color, weird and wonderful furniture, and art stacked on every wall.
We rebuilt the kitchen in a yellow that reminds the client of her grandmother, tiled the backsplash in blue disco delft, and painted a dining room mural of her favorite wildflowers. Custom shelving holds the record collection and years of knick-knacks; grandpa's old film photos got blown up and framed throughout.
A home set up for family dinners for decades to come.
